We came to Sutton specifically for Jason Breen.  I can't recommend this guy enough! We were out of province and selling our house during COVID.  Jason helped us and went above and beyond every step of the way.  He was easy to get a hold of, gave excellent advice and was beyond prepared, dedicated and professional.  Seriously do yourself a favour and use Jason for your next house sale/purchase.
